The cottage was well equipped with all the amenities one could possibly need, from ironing facilities and heating to tea and coffee facilities. the sitting area was cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the beautiful island. The highlight for me was the spacious garden with lovely garden furniture, where I enjoyed my morning coffee while taking in the stunning views of Loch Indaal. the free Wi-Fi and parking were also convenient perks that added to the overall value of the property. While the cottage offered a comfortable and homely atmosphere, I did find the lack of electric blankets during the colder nights to be a minor downside. the carpeted floors could use some updating. Overall, the cottage provided a good balance of cost and luxury, making it a great choice for travelers looking for a peaceful and well-equipped accommodation on Islay. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to the island.
